Set on 2 acres in the heart of Jo Daviess County, with beautiful long views of the surrounding countryside.
Wood burning fireplace in the living room, fully equipped kitchen, and French Doors in the dining room lead out to a spacious deck where you can relax in the morning shade or in the evening you can enjoy the glorious sunsets over the hills.
The two bedrooms, each with queen bed, and two baths nicely accommodate two couples traveling together, a small family, or a very romantic and private choice for one couple.
Easy access to Galena and all the dining , shopping, and outdoor activities available in the most scenic area in Illinois.
*This house is a duplex. The main floor is the totally private home for guests. The lower level is the totally private home of the owner Sandy Smith. Sandy is a gourmet chef who provides breakfast each morning of your stay. Delivered in the morning or stocked in the frig the night before (your choice). Sandy will also provide other choices for meals and snacks (Please See Menu).
